Fast Aid Urgent Care - New Braunfels TX

"I recently went to Fast Aid Urgent Care in New Braunfels. There wasn’t a long waiting time at all. The whole staff was amazing. Dr. Keller was amazing too and very friendly. He took time to listen and answer any questions that I had. If I need to go to an Urgent Care in the future I will definitely go back to Fast Aid."

"Medical Review: Very little wait time and really liked the physician who treated my son. He was thorough, personable, and knowledgeable. However .. Administrative Review: My copay is clearly printed if my insurance card card as $75. The clinic charged me a $90 copay. I told them they were charging the "Specialist" copay for my plan. They responded, "This happens all the time with a lot of patients. We will mail you a check if your Explanation of Benefits says it was supposed to be $75." They then provided me a card with their billing phone number to submit the EOB and request a refund. That leaves the patient responsible for a lot of unnecessary paperwork and seems like a questionable practice."

I have never gotten in and out in a timely manner at other urgent cares in town. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks so much for the great care."

"Every aspect of our experience was incredibly impressive, from the efficiency of the wait time (under 10 minutes!) to the warm and helpful demeanor of the front desk staff. Every person we encountered played a role in ensuring our care was top-notch. The nurse went above and beyond to comfort my child, even managing to stop their tears. The doctor was not only highly professional but also remarkably personable, taking the time to explain every detail thoroughly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. While I hope we won't need to return, I take comfort in knowing we'd be in excellent hands if we do."

In the past year, we have brought multiple kids here for a variety of different ailments and the wait has NEVER been more than 30 minutes. All of the staff are extremely clear and respectful. Mr. Keller is an amazing provider - very caring, knowledgeable, and cuts right to the chase to help people feel better."
