"I have several ailments,and usually when I go to walk-in clinic or emergency I receive the same response. " There's nothing much we can do for your severe pain because your condition. But Dr. Shelly didn't say that. She treated me with the up most respect, explained to me what was causing the pain. She referred me to therapy and gave me a prescription that actually works. But, the best part is that she prayed for my healing and comfort."

"This place is not a clinic , it's a hell. They don't treat you as patient. They always reach their capacity for the day . Almost all same day clinic have the same issue. If you come at 1:00pm and they close at 4:00 they won't take you. They said they have reached their capacity. I went to the other one at Dashwood the same thing. Why don't they close it, if they can't take patients. If you have another option don't go to this places."

"The facility itself is very modern and clean but my experience with the PA I saw was horrible. I came in because I had been sick for almost 3 weeks. It started with a viral infection and turned into a sinus infection and bronchitis that I just couldn't shake. I finally gave in and came in to get some antibiotics. I saw Abimbola R Telufusi, PA. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what the deal was but she was extremely rude and hateful. She walked in scowling at me and it just got worse from there. She was impatient, rough with her examination with me and talked to me like I was stupid. She did test me for flu and strep throat but reused to give antibiotics telling me it was just a viral infection. I explained it had started off as a viral infection almost 3 weeks ago and that I now had a sinus infection and bronchitis and I was feeling worse and worse instead of getting better. She still refused to give me antibiotics and sent me away with a prescription for cough medicine and one for an allergy medicine that I could've bought over the counter. This was a Friday morning and I was feeling so terrible I couldn't imagine waiting until the next week to see another doctor somewhere else. I left and managed to get in to see a doctor in a private practice which I really couldn't afford. He ended up giving me 10 days of antibiotics AND steroids to help with the inflammation in my lungs because he was worried about how they sounded. I will never return to this clinic because of the way I was treated."

"Technically the visit is not 15 mins. I went on Saturday. Arrived at 9:50 Am and was called at 11:15 am. The nurses are so so nice. Ellazbith and Asha are really lovely. The place is very clean."
