"Went to That Mexican OT concert and after 3 hours of waiting for the artist to come out my husband and I had to leave cause they wouldn't allow me to bring in my insulin (I'm a type 1 diabetic) and wouldn't allow me to go out and get it and come back in. The staff was really rude and treated everyone like an inconvenience. Jake's Backroom and Lonestar amphitheatre in Lubbock is where I'll be attending concerts in the future. Much better venues. 0 out of 10 would not recommend."

"Went for a hip hop concert. We had vip tables upstairs and a bottle of Ciroc per our tickets. When we arrived there was no guide to our table, no reserved table, and another group took our bottle. We were promised a replacement that never came. Nice place and good atmosphere. Just need better customer service planning for large events."

"No soap or paper towels in the restrooms. It was HOT in there. You’d think there would be sufficient air conditioning considering it’s summer and it’s Texas. Very big and roomy though. The event was good. Security lady at the front was extremely loud and rude. However, I’d imagine it was private security hired by the event manager."

"Always have a good time eyebrows I come to events here. Never really walk out with any problems. Fight night was a blast. Only issue was the air conditioning"

"Went here for the first time to see Tech Nine. Venue was great. Lots of space and big rest rooms. Can't ask for much more."
