"What a bunch of idiots running this office. Won't let you see another doctor for sick/injury visit other than your "established provider." Only problem is your "established" doctor doesn't have availability. They have doc and LNPs with open schedules. Idiot's would rather sit idle than see a patient in need. Any urgent care or local veterinarian is better than Methodist staff. Been going steadily downhill at all locations in the past 3 years. Complete morons. I can't over emphasize that they are a bunch of lazy, bureaucratic idiots."

"The front desk staff was very inconsiderate of an elderly lady needing a seat and they closed for lunch even though lunch hours are not posted for the location. She was in pain and could not walk back to her vehicle and then come back. They opened the same time that her appointment was due to start which does not make sense since we are always taught to be early. Very frustrating. They can take lunch and have the waiting room available or at least have a bench or two outside the office."
