Part of the time I was living overseas and when I needed to make changes to my home owners policy Bill and his team went out of their way to work with me and accommodate my needs. "New to Magnolia and needed Home insurance, meet with Chris in March 2019 and he was very helpful and did a great job finding us good insurance for our new home. In November our mortgage on our home was change so I had to change information to new company. I called just once and got an answer from a real person not from a machine prompting to push buttons. Kara was very friendly and helpful and took care of notifying the new lender of my insurance information. This was all done in one day and with in 1 hour, great customer service at Christian Insurance Agency."
