"Love Dr. Kelly! I’m an RN that had been working with her professionally and decided to switch my PCP since she was always responsive and caring toward our mutual patients. I am so glad I did!!! Her office staff was also polite and professional."
"This is by far the worst doctor's office that I have ever gone to in my entire life. Dr. Kelly and her staff, specifically the main lady in the from office, are rude, manipulative, and condescending. The level of professionalism, communication, and medical competency is nothing short of incompetent. No one should go there and be treated that way or charged extra to talk about more than 1 ailment or ask an extra question. Please save yourself the embarrassment, money, stress, and anxiety that comes with this office by never going there and warning others."
"In regards to patient care, Kelly Family Clinic has met expectations, specifically with PA Steven Baugher. My husband and I never had a complaint and felt heard. However, their front office and billing department, to include management over said departments are some of the worst I've experienced which has ultimately led to our family's decision to change primary care physicians. They are so quick to say "no" and pass the puck of something not being their responsibility, when in fact it was an error on their part. Billing argued with my insurance provider on the validity of my insurance, when there was an incorrect input on the policy holder name, which caused multiple unnecessary bills. During this call the insurance provider and I were hung up on twice. Whenever we requested to speak with the billing manager, she attempted to quickly pass us back to billing without even hearing the issue and stated "I don't do billing". Ultimately the issue had to be fixed due to their error. Sadly, this wasn't the only administrative instance we've had a bad experience on. This customer service is sub-par."
"Dr. Kelly is the absolute best! She delivered my son almost 12 years ago. We had to move out of the area for a few years and I hadn’t found anyone close to giving the care I received with her. Now we’ve moved back to the area and reestablishing care with her was one of the first things on my list. She’s so professional and kind, best doctor in Comal County!"
"Have yet to have a good experience here. Checking in for a general appointment and now you have to yell your symptoms/why you're there to someone on a computer, very nice for patient confidentiality as you yell your symptoms and they yell stats back n forth (like your weight) throughout the back of the office. You also have to take your own blood pressure (not a big deal, but can you guess if the cost is any cheaper now that you're doing some of the work??) Today, my wife had an appointment. Walked in and was told "sorry, your appointment was cancelled and we didn't get a chance to call you"... I don't care if you find out 60 seconds before the scheduled appointment time that the appointment is cancelled, AT LEAST *TRY* TO CALL THE PATIENT. I understand that shortages can affect the entire industry, so maybe the whole "person on a computer that you yell your symptoms to" is "normal" now. But, that doesn't excuse not telling a patient that their appointment is cancelled. Shows how much they care about their patients and their time. We will be exploring other options."
