The “management” truly do not even know who they even manage. If your company is lucky you may see them 2-3 times a year. Or lucky you don’t see them depending on which way you look at it. Behavioral health deals with helping others managing their behavior, assisting in helping family relations and promoting individuals independence to the highest possible level. It’s a shame this company sets the very worst example of what administrative or even decent “relations” should look like. At the very top to HR this group has personalities of rocks. One would think when they collect 30% income with the contracts they sign with each hospital they would at least try to fake it. Worst of all with sadly some hospitals being as corrupt as they are, this group only helps assist in covering up reported abuse, neglect and yes death. Please move your loved ones if they are at a hospital affiliated with Horizons."
