"I had the worst medical experience of my life at this office. They do not abide by appointment times as I waited almost two hours past my original appointment time before I was seen. The genetic counseling is a joke, provided zero valuable information. If they’re going to make part of the visit via webcam, they should really disclose that to their patients. People come into offices to have face to face service, not have a telehealth visit they could’ve had from the comfort of their home and avoid wasting an entire morning. Overall, the sonogram staff and Dr. Abbassi were kind enough but this office is poorly ran."

"Abassi is great, truly. She was always patient and kind understanding and listened. The front desk lady though was always a bit frustrating though. Her attitude wasn’t the greatest towards me and any other women checking in. I hoped it was a bad day but I went twice a week for months and she was like that to pretty much everyone."

"This facility is never ready for you at your appt time. This is extremely difficult if you have to take time off from work. You could easily be waiting for 45 mins up to an hour to be called back. The staff are all sweet though, but I feel like they are always behind no matter what day or time it is. If it wasn't for this issue, I would have no problems coming into this office. Overall, Dr. ABASSI is great!"

"This office stresses in the emails, phone and text communication to be at the office 15 minutes prior to your appointment. We arrived at 10:10 for a 10:30 appointment. It took MORE than an hour and a half to even be called to the back to be seen or start the appointment. This office can’t run on time or efficiently therefore if you have an appointment here be prepared to take the ENTIRE day off from work to be seen here! They are unable to run on time and meet appointment times communicated, therefore how can you trust their efficiency to deliver results timely and accurately. If I would have had a choice I would have choose somewhere else to get my anatomy scan completed."

"If your OB refers you here, then you really have no choice but to come. Whether it’s every 1 or 2 weeks. If you have a co-pay, then it can get pricey but again they make it clear that they don’t want you to miss any appointments so oh well. The sonograms are detailed and it’s nice getting photos after each visit. Probably the past 2-3 times I’ve had to wait an entire hour after my appointment time. So if you’re bringing a guest, they’re required to wait outside the office, just be cautious of this as they do schedule many appointments at one time."
