"What is the point of going through the lengthy process of scheduling an appointment online and then when I showed up for my appointment (on time and after 7 reminders from CVS mind you), there were 4 other people ahead of me waiting? And when asked, "Do you have an appointment", I said yes but then was told I had several people ahead of me. Obviously, I got bumped by the walk-ins so I guess from now on, don't go through the hassle of making appointments. Months ago it used to work like a charm, but now it has turned into a "try your luck" system at this particular location. CVS needs more minute clinic locations in Frisco."

"CVS should make their game stronger by hiring providers who can draw blood. I am so disappointed by the service. I went last week to little elm location and the nurse was not able to draw my blood after two unsuccessful attempts. I ended up having bad bruise on both of my hands. Today, after waiting for 30 minutes, I was told by the provider that she can’t draw my blood due to her inefficiency and they don’t have any nurse today. Please make sure they have nurse before going there to get your blood work done."

"I am genuinely disappointed in how my lab results were delivered. I went in for lab work on a Monday. I didn’t hear anything back all week, and then on Sunday I got a voicemail while I was working that I’ve “been difficult to reach so we’re mailing your information”. This information was sensitive in nature and I did NOT want it mailed which I indicated during my visit. I called the call center and asked the results not be mailed. The nurse practitioner on duty that day then proceeded to call me NINE TIMES in 30 minutes which I couldn’t pick up because I was working. I got another incredibly rude voicemail saying how difficult I am to speak to. I then had to call back twice more to the call center to leave a message and finally when I got a call back that I could answer was told rudely “well you just didn’t pick up”. I find it INCREDIBLY unprofessional to be contacted in this matter, especially with medical information that was not life threatening. I will never use this pharmacy again."

"Will never go there again! I went for ear wax removal and the doctor wasn’t able to help me. Initially she spent 30 mins checking my height, weight, pressure and all. Then she said - “I hope atleast this time i can get the wax out”! Wait, what does that mean???.. The water treatment didn’t work, it ended up further clogging my ears. She then inserted a spatula kind of thing in my ear and it pained a lot !!! I asked her to stop. Finally she said - “ I am sorry, the wax is lodged in deep and won’t be able to help this time - everything has been covered by your insurance”. I then received a bill for $94.00 from my provider!!! What the …!!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY."

"Rude and inconsiderate doctor. My mom had been suffering from cold symptoms, running a fever. Came to be tested for covid and be treated for symptoms. Waited over an hour to see the doctor. After about 30 min, a healthy kid came in the be vaccinated, the doctor chose to take care of him instead of seeing my mom who had been waiting, was clearly sick, and needed to get meds and get back in bed to rest. I will NEVER be back here, and recommend you go somewhere else to receive considerate and quality care."
