"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called this morning to see if I could get an appointment and was told there wasn’t anything available. I was told, however, that as long as I was there before 7:30 I would be seen. I got there at approximately 6:10 and was told she would have to ask if I could be seen. The lady that came out of the back was RUDE AS HELL telling me I wouldn’t be seen. The clinic is empty so obviously I asked why and she said they were double booked. I told her I went by what I was told and had left work early to be seen. DO BETTER AND MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE IS GIVING ACCURATE INFORMATION! I previously have had no issues with this particular office but after this I will no longer visit!"

"I am a patient of Dr. Toure and she is amazing. She takes great care of me and my daughters. The way she listens to my concerns and delivers is amazing. Her nurse Lacrecia is caring and thorough. But I must say that Jazzy at the front desk is the BEST!! Definitely an asset!"

"I was able to get a same-day appointment with Dr. Ahmed when my regular doctor(s) were not available. From start to finish, my experience with this clinic was excellent! The front desk staff was friendly and professional, the clinic was clean and spacious! The nurse was attentive and respectful. Dr. Ahmed was a blessing to work with. She listened to all of my questions and concerns and did not try to rush me out the door once! She went above and beyond to help me with my issues and made me feel seen and heard. All of my needs were met today, I will be returning to this clinic! Thank you Dr. Ahmed & staff!"

"If I could give a zero I would. I have been going to Baylor Riverside longer than the doctors that are there now. A revolving door. Scary. The lady's at the front desk are great and do everything they can to get you in. I saw Dr Toure today a complete waste of time. Save your money and self medicate which is what I did before today and am still. She did nothing to help me. I have a respiratory infection which will probably become a sinus infection. The most frustrating experience I have had in all the years I have been there. I already know to take Tylenol and drink tea with honey what else you got? I know my body and what works and what don't. Listen to your patients."
