"After a bad experience at a chain dentist office, this place was like a breath of fresh air. The staff are all very knowledgeable, informative, and patient. The dentist takes his time to discuss any intervention needed. I was quickly able to get an appointment the same week I called to schedule one. The whole process was quick and easy. Will never go back to a chain dentist office after experiencing what a difference it is to go to a family practice where everyone there very obviously cares about dentistry and their patients. Will be recommending this place to my family and friends in the Grand Prairie area!"

"I set up my son app for a 6month cleaning I get there they do X-rays & then they advise that the hygienist is not there so no cleaning they schedule me for the following week at 3:30 pm I get there wait 40 min the the receptionist says because our app was at 4pm when she is the one that called me to confirm my app at 3:30 (I showed her the voicemail she left me) & she had told me they didn’t take apps at 4 that’s why they had set it for 3:30 in the first place she said she didn’t know what happened my son didn't get seen until 4:20 I won’t be going back I took off early from work both times smh the staff is nice but they do NOT know how to manage appointments"

"I've been coming here for the past month or so to get my teeth cleaned and cavities filled(the length of time is due to issues on my end), and absolutely everyone I have come in contact with here has been a pleasure to be around. They make you feel welcome and I have not once felt judged. I highly recommend getting your dental work done here if you can. Literally no complaints from me, and I'm a nightshift worker. This is equal to waking up in the middle of the night to get dental work done for me and I *still* have no complaints."
