"Our kiddos have been coming here for several years and we have always had a good experience from the time we walk in talking with the front desk staff (who have been very nice and informative) to the Dentist and her hygienists who really seem to care about their young patients.❤️"

"Ive been going to the dentist since I was a kid and so has pretty much all of my family. Even after appointments I still felt like my teeth would hurt when I eat sweets or most things and I I had to let the dentist know multiple times that my teeth were hurting and she would always tell us that we had no cavities, and that our teeth were pretty much perfect. I recently got moved to another dentist on Great Southwest and come to find out I have 14 cavities and my brother has 8 after just going to this dentist three months ago. I don’t know if this is happened to anybody else, but I thought I should put this on here for anyone thinking about taking their children here. Because as a young adult and someone with younger siblings, I don’t want anyone else’s kids to go through this."

"We love Dr. Tak! My almost 14 year old has been seeing her since he got his first teeth. We've never had to pay for anything, my son takes care of his teeth, only drinks water and brushes and flosses daily, also the insurance covered the x-rays and cleanings ❤️ Highly recommend!"

"Our experience has not been good- do not take your kids here. Miss. Tak is not a dentist she’s a SALES PERSON. Such a long list of completely unnecessary treatments for my child and exaggerated prices, she is not concerned about the wellness of her young patients, she is all about money. I wish the health care professionals were not so greedy and driven by money. The hygienist did not communicate with my child at all during his dental cleaning, she was going too fast, now my child’s gums are still bleeding 1 week after we had his cleaning done, I examined his mouth today and noticed several small puncture wounds on his gums, as he got poked on his gums during cleaning. Now we have an appointment for him to be seen by Dr. Nguyen at the 360 family dentistry. Amazing dentist very honest and kind. They don’t accept our insurance but I rather pay them than have my child suffer. Update: We had to pay to get our child examined by a different dentist, they confirmed that my son’s gums were injured during the cleaning and we also found out that the fillings we had done last year were not there anymore, which means they got scrapped off during the cleaning process as well, no wonder Dr. Tak said that they need to redo those fillings, just so they can make more money. My son’s tooth is sensitive now and it hurts when he eats or drinks. This is really upsetting and frustrating. Please be careful when agreeing to all the treatments “recommended” at this location, it might be all covered by the insurance but your time spent on multiple appointments and your child going through unnecessary treatments might not be worth it."

"The staff here were FANTASTIC. my daughter knocked her front tooth out and they got her in right away same day even though we'd actually hadn't ever been patients there. They were so nice and understanding and explained everything thoroughly. They made my daughter feel better and did an amazing job reattaching her tooth. From the doctor to the staff to the cute waiting area, I can't say enough great things!"
