"Came in at 6:50 got my insurance and I'm out at 7:13. Great customer service. Fredloya right around the corner close at 7 also but they said come back tomorrow morning! "I initially purchased auto insurance in Cedar Hill and there was a miscommunication regarding requested coverage. I was unable to make contact with THAT office but reached Melissa, I think is her name, manager at Grand Prairie location and she was most helpful and understanding. I was able to verify and update my policy. The Grand Prairie office is very professional and courteous. I will continue to work with this office manager . If I could rate above five stars, I most definitely would!!!!"
"Needed insurance and Sr-22 quickly before leaving town… Aurelia was able to quickly find me the lowest rates and stayed in touch with me while doing my research… I came in and was out with my insurance card in about 20 minutes! Quiet office, employees are focused and nice as well! Heheh also offer great grace periods for payments as well. I highly recommend."
