"I initially purchased auto insurance in Cedar Hill and there was a miscommunication regarding requested coverage. I was unable to make contact with THAT office but reached Melissa, I think is her name, manager at Grand Prairie location and she was most helpful and understanding. I was able to verify and update my policy. The Grand Prairie office is very professional and courteous. I will continue to work with this office manager . If I could rate above five stars, I most definitely would!!!!"
