"From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated literally like family. The receptionist is pleasant and hilarious and we all know this is rare. The entire and when I say entire staff from the nurses to the anesthesiologist to my Dr Hill. I MEAN EVERYONE is professional and pleasant. They make sure every single detail and question is answered, so you are completely at ease and understand every single part of the process that is about to take place. We all know this is not something we enjoy doing. I can tell you that the prep which was very easy was the hardest part. The procedure itself and the process before could not have been more pleasant and easy. Again, I cannot stress how professional they were with me from the warm nightgown to the warm blanket to making sure that every single question was answered, every T was crossed and every I was dotted. I was then rolled into the procedure room where I had another consultation with my doctor before the procedure. We went over everything again. They made sure that they went out to the waiting room and notified my spouse of the procedure starting, when the procedure ended. I almost cried when they actually asked me did I want to see my spouse one more time before I went in before the procedure. I declined, but could not believe that they were offering such a kind gesture. These people are amazing!! I'm telling you, when you're looking to have a colonoscopy and you're thinking how unpleasant it's going to be remember Dr Hill and this digestive center for all your colon or colonoscopy needs! ❣️"
