"Im trying to find a doctor for my kids. I asked to set up an appointment and they said if you dont like the doc you see you can't switch within our office. What!? First why are you telling me that? That's not a very welcoming or customer friendly statement. Second, I'm LOOKING for a doc. I want to find the best fit for us and dont want to be stuck with some. I also don't have time to set up an appointment just to get to know you. I'm sure there is a reason, it's just so sad it has come to that point."

"Love this Dr. changed from First Step in Cleburne. Someone always answers your calls and many times can get you in same day. Such a refreshing change of pace to not feel like an assembly line. Dr. McClain is very sweet and has good bedside manner."

"Texas Health referred me to DR Vert. I call to make an appointment and they have 3 rules. 2 of them made sense. The 1st rule is that the doctors follow cdc vaccination schedules. I asked if they could skip a vaccine (implying the covid jab). They told me if your wanting to deviate from the vaccination schedule, the provider recommends you find a different doctor. Look at all of the CDCs failures. Im supposed to trust some woke doctors to follow the biggest government failure. The CDC is the most incompetent entity on earth. Doctors diagnose and offer treatment options, parents CHOOSE. No doctor will ever make that choice on my behalf. Current patients should be very cautious going here. This place disgusts me."

"They turned away my sick baby, doctors wouldn't even look at him. I came here thinking it was urgent care bc it came up in my search and I'm from out of town. Instead of trying to help in any way when I'm clearly in distress with my sick baby, the front office staff was incredibly rude and provided ZERO help. I thought doctors took an oath of ethics to help the sick and injured but that is certainly not the case at this office - NO ONE was willing to help my sick child. 0 stars what a nightmare"

"We've seen Dr. McClain for almost 7 years now for my two boys. We love her! She is always attentive and careful to answer all of our questions. When she is not in the office, the front office always calls to make sure I know and asks if I want to reschedule or be seen by a PA. I've only had to see a PA twice in the 7 years we've been going and both time have been great experiences. We've also seen Dr. Vert one time when Dr. McClain was not in the office and she was absolutely wonderful. I recommend this pediatric office to everyone that asks!"
