"My son and I used them for a year or two. They were great for a while until we got Covid. I couldn't work foot two months and either could my husband. I texted them to let them know I was very ill and never heard from them the whole time I was sick. I ended up in the hospital for 8days in critical care. And I got to where I had trouble paying the monthly fee. When that happened, that's when they wouldn't text us back or check on us.
