"I do not recommend. She's rude doesn't address most of the questions asked and brushed off some of my concerns. When I needed my child's shot record for school it was not faxed over and she would not give the record due to a $23.00 co-payment owed for another of my kids. It seems she can't keep employees cause there's always someone new working in the front office. I guess she wants to be doctor, receptionist and MA. My kids hate when they have to go for checkups because of her attitude. I don't recommend her to anyone."

"All three of my children have been with Dr. Cook since we moved here almost 4 years ago. Now at first I'll admit, I did not like that I had to leave a message and that Dr. Cook is so brash and straight forward. She is not very personable with the parents but she isn't there for the parents she is there for the children. She is a no holds bar woman who gets her job done and does a great job doing it. She cares for the children. I have a daughter who gets sick quite often due to severe allergies all year round and Dr. Cook helps me get her taken care of. My oldest son is over weight and of course she gave solid advice on how to help him. She had to grow on my kids because they were used to a different doctor who was more talkative fun and playful but they like Dr. Cook now. They see she can be fun when the time calls for it. Just because someone runs things differently doesn't mean that it is bad. You have to look at the big picture and not judge quickly on the small things or slight inconveniences."

"This is the worst doctor I have ever visited. We went there when my son was 3 while he had pneumonia. He was extremely sick and the care given was as unprofessional as I have ever experienced. We had to leave her office and go to an urgent care to get care for him. Fast forward and my son is now 8. I received a call from a bill collector today saying I had a balance in this crooks office. Please I implore you do not visit this doctor. She is rude, unprofessional and a greedy crook. I wish her nothing less then the closing of her witch doctor practice and the loss of her liscence."

"I have been taking my two children here for 8 years now. The only real complaint I have, is when you call you have to leave a voicemail. You can't get a live person on the phone, but they are usually pretty quick to call back. Many times I have called and have had no problem getting my child seen the same day. Dr. Cook is very good at being very thorough, and actually talking to my child to see how they feel. To most, her personality may not seem the greatest. I have learned it is just how she is and not to take it in a negative way. The important thing is that she is a good Dr., and takes her time."

"Sometimes you have to take a look in the mirror to see if you are over reacting. I saw where you get a answering service that tells you to leave a message but what I didn't see was They call you back within minutes after you leave the message so there is no wait time...... Also, I saw where they wanted to charge $120 for self pay or not see the doctor well.... you cant complain if your child is sick but you don't even have $120 to pay to make sure that they are well. If I was the doctor and you are keeping up fuss I'd refuse service as well. Now if you don't have a attitude then that is another story. Dr. Cook has treated all 5 of my children and I now have 2 under 18. She has been awesome for years to us. We haven't had problems and when our insurance was going through changes we paid self and Dr. Cook office refunded our money once the insurance was straighten out. You have to be careful on your review and make sure that the problem isn't just you. Love our doctor."
