"Worst experience I've ever had with a clinic. Impossible to get a hold of anyone who actually works AT the clinic, any time you call you're just sent to a call center/ answering service. Then they'll take a message for you and say the clinic will call back, but god only knows when the clinic will actually call back. They also tell you that you can make an account and message your doctor directly through your portal, but no one gets back to you that way either. So it's pretty cool"

"I have been a patient of Dr. Adell for one year but, I am now returning to CO. I can honestly say I have never had a more positive experience in any clinic and I am 72, having lived in 10 different States. Dr. Adell is a beautiful person who has a strong ethic, a good sense of humor and a sincere interest in you as her patient. If she is running late, it means she took the extra time for the one who needed it. Her staff are wonderful, too. I can't say enough about Maria who has been most caring and sympathetic. I will miss them and now my future doctor will have a lot to live up to. I highly recommend this clinic where you will always feel cared for....and what is more important."
