"Office staff is snooty and disrespectful. Tabitha tries but she's outnumbered by the rest of the rude ladies. Takes forever to get a call back. I had to do all of the insurance verification for a cyst removal. As I've worked for a dermatologist, this is not normal. I finally get approval and as long as it's done before the end of the year, it will be zero out of pocket. Dr refuses to do both at the same time, when there is NO OTHER reason to refuse other than $. Again, having worked at a derm office, I know this CAN be done. Just got a call, 20ish days before the end of the year, that the dr has decided to no longer do cyst removals, and will not try to fit me in. However I can talk to insurance and see if I can get a referral before the end of the year...Me,NOT THEM. Extremely unprofessional. I feel sorry for the elderly that these people are taking advantage of! Shame on all of them. Spread the word. They'll screw you over!"

"These people seem to be more concerned about setting and obeying their own rules so they don’t have to work. Forget about going “above and beyond “ in their services. Have a monopoly on dermatology in the area and they act like it. Seem to think that money grows on trees for patients, rather than making meaningful communication with patients, insurance cos or pharmacy they tell you they are bound to electronic communication only. Never have I seen a physicians office this lacking in communication skills and professionalism."

"I was disappointed in my visit with Dr. Sroa’s office. It did take a while to be seen, which would not have been a concern if it were not for how fleeting her visit was, & how uncomfortable her exam was. Honestly, I may as well not even have worn that disposable cover as she basically just removed it and was very brash in her examination. I did not feel listened to about my concern, and she seemed to dismiss it since “I was so young”. Young adults do develop skin cancer too. A fellow cross country runner friend of mine developed skin cancer on his ear from all the years we spent running in the Phoenix sun. She the ended her exam by stating, “I don’t know what to tell you, I don’t have any concerns.”, and then promptly left the room. I didn’t even know if the visit was completed and should change, or if I was supposed to wait. I will be driving further for more attentive care in the future."

"I have been trying to reach someone for a few days and each time I reach a voicemail box. Have yet to receive a return call to schedule an appt. I did what was asked and didn’t not leave multiple messages. Disappointed it becoming so difficult to schedule an appt. My husband went here about a year ago and no issues really likes the doctor"

"Do not go here. 17 pages of new patient paperwork plus they were 30 mins late calling me back for the appointment I had. The Dr. does not care about her patients. Spent not even two minutes in the room with the Dr. who said she could not help and to go get laser hair therapy for the rashes that were occurring after shaving. Why did they allow me to book an appointment when I called stating the rashes were happening if they were not able to help? Annoyed they wasted my time today."
