"Excellent spot with a great team behind the desk. Martha has been extremely helpful on multiple occasions for me. Pros: - large loading area, big enough to fit two or three giant U-Haul’s easily. Plenty of parking. - elevators and carts are always in service and working well. - inside is always clean, well lit, and nice temperature for me and all my stuff. I’ve got no problem working in my unit for a couple hours comfortably. - generous access hours, 6 AM to 10 PM. - The bathroom and water fountain is always convenient. - No kidding, This place is nicer than my apartment. Cons: NONE Thank you, Martha and Michael for running a great spot!"

"This place is wonderful to have your things stored at. First off there's a staff, trying to make everything easy and hassle free. One of the staff members in particular gentleman by the name of Michael met him a couple of times since I went to go drop off some items. He is a people person, great attitude, that's what he does and it shows. It shows in the way he treats the customer and the way he speaks about everything from his job to what he's doing here to make everything look good and stay the way it is. I cannot say enough I can continue to go on and on. But I say this, great choice coming to this life storage in 620 and O'Connor. If you're looking for an affordable and great place to bring your furniture clothing, etc. This is it. Keep up the great work Mr Michael it's people like you that make a difference!"

"Update: I've been with Life Storage for several months now and I'm still impressed with the people, Michael and Martha. Their responsiveness and friendly attitude reflect great customer service. I'm also very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. Continued kudos! October 2023: Mine was a 2-part experience. First, I met and had many of my questions answered by Martha. 
I came back later and worked with Michael, who was very helpful in answering my last questions, showing me my unit, and signing me up for the service. All of these processes were smooth and pleasant. Kudos to both. 
The facility itself is clean and in great shape. The floor design is wonderful, and I’m delighted to have a covered area available for when I move my treasures into their new home."

"This storage facility is the best I’ve used! The process to reserve and check in on move in day was effortless and so was checkout when it was our time to leave. Michael at the front desk was so professional and kind every interaction we had with him. Unlike other storage facilities, this location has a huge loading area which made loading and unloading a breeze. It was a great experience all around and I would go back again if needed."

"Been a customer since 2013. Front desk staff was amazingly helpful and have been wver since Life Storage acquired them. I recently moved out, but the facility on FM 620 in Round Rock is the best facility I've ever used, is always clean, and I have never had a single problem in the decade I've been there."
