"My experience is always bad in this clinic one way or another...I've been trying to get a hold of Dr.Lenz for weeks and his staff never picks up the phone, if I leave a msg I never get a call back from them... Another time the staff lost my blood results so I had to get poked twice, a different occasion they weren't able to print out my result and rescheduled my appointment 3 times!!!...the hospital faxed Dr.Lenz staff my results with bad outcome and they never told me until the hospital called me..I showed up at the hospital and couldn't get my follow up procedure because Dr.Lenz NEVER BOTHERED TO EVEN LOOK AT IT so he never wrote the referral.... I'm just beyond tired trying to chase down the staff, the Dr, the manager....just done. I need to switch to a professional, responsible doctor."
"Came here after my kids pediatrician closed for the holidays and the other clinic we go to had an extremely long wait. No wait time for this clinic. Dr. Lenz was attentive and treated everyone in my family from a 1yr old to a 35 year old. Heard us out and wasn't annoyed by our kiddos. Great doctor. Will be going to this clinic instead now."
