"Thank God I went to another dentist! Never again coming to this dentist! EVER! I’m originally from agua dental but since my son needed special treatment for his teeth they recommended us here & let me tell you my bad experience. We came & he just needed work on his 4 front teeth come to realize she said he needed over 7 other teeth besides the original 4 he needed to get treatment. Me “iffy” about it I said let me think about it. I took him else where (rodeo dental in San Benito TX) came to realize he only needed the 4 front teeth work ONLY! Plus they did his procedure in 2 days. This people just want your money they don’t care about your child’s needs. They wanted to perform more work on my son to get more money!!!! They don’t deserve the 1 star !"
"I have been coming to office for a few years now. Every time the staff is friendly and the Dental assistant is so nice and professional. The Dr is Amazing and very knowledgeable and my daughter loves her and loves coming to the office. The interaction I have with the staff has always been in a professional manner. I don’t believe they have higher standards than any other professional practice and i am happy we have a pediatric Dental Dr with her background and degree right here in Brownsville. Also I noticed all negative reviews are not about the Dr so they are kind of misleading."
"I am sorry but I agree with many of the negative reviews posted here. I used to like the place, I would pay in full any services that were done, but then out of a sudden I received a letter saying they could no longer provide services since I had canceled an appointment twice. Are you serious? I did cancel my appointment with in the time frame that I had and also, my children had been patients for years there. Just for 2 cancellations, you decided to send me a letter stating that they will no longer provide services to my children. It was your staff who does not have record of cancellations, of appointments, who failed to document anything. Which is fine, Brownsville has other great dentists and staff that can provide excellent service. So people, take your money elsewhere ."
