"So happy I came across this clean and very friendly office! I walked in this dental office and was greeted with smiles from every girl sitting in the front desk area! They all were so friendly and well put together and guided me with confidence on how to make an appointment and went over check in and insurance protocol with confidence. I explained how my son is autistic and I am looking for an office that has patience for him and they assured me I was in the right place, and they were absolutely correct! Today was my son’s appointment and we were so pleased on how smooth it went! Front desk still went above and beyond to help me do a provider change and held a small talk with laughter as I had a short wait time in the seating area while taking care of insurance business. When it came time to do X-rays both dental assistances were very patient with my son and explained that their main concern was to make my son feel comfortable so he can properly get seen and assured me that it will be okay if they can not succeed in getting his X-rays at this visit. During examination time I was greeted by another dental assistant and the Dr. and once again I was reminded that the office wanted my son to be comfortable at his visit and they did not want to push anything on him to make my son scared of them or make him feel uncomfortable in any sort of way. All of this reassurance showed me that they all read my notes from the patient forms and there was clear communication in the office from front desk to dental assistances and doctors. Because my son was uncooperative at this visit I was given another alternative on how they can successfully complete my son’s X-rays and treatment safely in a timely manner. Josie went over how his treatment appointment will be like with the specialist and answered all my questions. After today’s visit I am feeling confident my son is in good hands to get his treatment safely completed! I highly recommend this office! Thank you to Sonia, Josie, Anna, Anahi, Dr Thurber, Gio, Arlette and Arturo! And to all those who I may have missed that cared for my Monico! This office’s teamwork really shines!"

"Male doctor was really kind and was able to see me in a Saturday where I really thought I wasn't able to get seen, then when it came to explaining what my insurance covers a miss Josie explained it very well and gave me the best treatment plan that I was able to understand, this has been my first time that someone took there time to explain all the treatment that I need."
