"Nice place. Employees try their best to serve. Yes, they are always busy on the phone and yes they have other things on their minds, just like you or me, but they are THERE! I have been visiting BCHC for two years now and will still return again. Those people giving a score of 1 star are grading the whole organization according to one person having a bad day and maybe they themselves were irritable because of illness. You can't please everyone."
"The fat girl in immunization ( to the left of the 4way hall) was rude to the old man in front of me. He said he called but he thought that maybe he was calling the wrong number , she ignored him and I’m almost certain it was because no one answered the phone. Nobody has patience here they should not be working in a health facility."
