Valley Med Urgent Care

"Please Parents before you think of taking you child here DONT. The receptionist is on her phone when you are right there standing instead of acknowledging you. You have to tell her your there for your child to get seen. The P.A DOSENT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING! I tok my son because he was having a hard time breathing she checked him and said his lungs were fine no wheezing or anything that she would prescribe something for his nose congestion. I COULD SEE MY SONS LUNG COMPRESSING AND HIS TUMMY TOO. where he was having hard time breathing. ( Please note my son is a very active child when he tells me something hurts or he cant breath he is not lying cause his face says it all.) But in this case i could also see his chest compressing she said he had (NOTHING) just nose congestion. I told her just leave it and i left. I went to my son pediatrician( in the morning it was packed so i decided to take him elsewhere since he was having a hard time breathing but i didt want to take him to the ER because they will have to do an IV and i have newborn also i didt want to expose) Anyways we got to the pediatrician and he checked him he said his wheezing was over the roof. They had to inject him to open his lungs and put treatment!!!! I told him please tell me if im wrong right he is wheezing he said yes very bad!!!! he said idk what these people are doing! Please DONT TRUST THIS PEOPLE THEY WONT CARE!!!"

"So I came here since it was a clinic under the VA Community Care program. Big mistake, front desk seemed pretty uninterested in helping. First of all the one of the girls seemed confused didn't even know if veterans were covered that were enrolled with the VA. The other girl kept insisting they couldn't help me unless I showed them or proved I was covered by the VA. Funny thing is I went to Day and Night clinic and the front desk staff there was able to verify my eligibility by calling an eligibility number. I'm pretty sure if med urgent staff gave a sht. they could've called the same number and verified my eligibility."

"I really enjoyed no having to wait for hours like in other local clinics. No appointment needed. My husband and son have been there too. Great and efficient service."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would, you call the number they have listed they don't answer. Says please call and stay in your car. Called 18 times, and finally went inside to be told covid testing not till after 2pm. No sign posted in front about testing being done at that time. Going to report this to the BBB."

"If you’re looking for any medical help, do not come here. The phone is never answered, they’re not transparent with their charges, and it’s not “urgent care”. It’s really not care at all. The staff does not allow you to come into the building, they don’t seem to offer any services and have turned this into a covid testing parking lot but fail to disclose that to the public. I went in two days ago for what I thought was going to be a consultation and they just came to my car, tested me for covid, and told to go home. When I inquired about my consultation I was told “someone will call you today” then the man walked away. This did not happen. I was called from a blocked number today (two days later) and a man left me a voicemail asking me to call back but didn’t give a number. When I call back, the phone is routed to a cell phone that no one seems to want to answer."
