They even asked me for the name of the sales person from 3yrs ago when I bough my equipment!!...in the first place the company where I bought it was sold to them so the name of the person who sold the machine it’s irrelevant to my question. They want to charge me a monthly service! And my question was; “What are you charging me for? What service am I receiving from you??” I think it’s an honest question if I’m going y to pay for it...right? Well the woman was rude and hang up on me after 25min waiting on the phone!!! Noey"
