"I would love to share everyone else's experience. It took me about 5 weeks to get in to get my refill renewed which I myself waited until I was just a few days from being out but that wait put me off meds for a month. Then I get in, she's great. She says she'll get me on my prescriptions because she noticed I had a slow heart rate. I told her it dips below 30 when my thyroid stops and I black out. And she said well we better get you back on quick. I agreed. Then they give me my appointment for 3 months later in June and I ask, what about my prescriptions? The nurse tells me they order them electronically. I said ok. Waited 4 days now and no prescriptions. I've called twice and still nothing. I'm not understanding. It's thyroid meds. They tell me they'll get them in but still nothing."
