"We had an appt scheduled, confirmed via text did all the paperwork did the zoom visit everything. Show up to the appt they said they canceled it. Very poor way of doing business. People work during their hrs cant answer phone calls from unknown callers."

He rolls his eyes and flips his hair if you don’t agree with what he says. He is like a twelve year old. Don’t waste your money on this guy or anyone at this facility. Period."

"Worst healthcare experience ever at Texas Tech Psychiatry From the incompetent office staff upfront to the awful experience with the doctor (Dr. Nabi), this place could not get much worse. The front desk could not find my paperwork - funny, seeing that you can’t schedule an appointment without paperwork being submitted. The doctor decided not to come into the office because she twisted her knee so I waited a month for an in-office appointment that took place over Zoom after all. The zoom was set up in an office attached to the waiting room with thin walls. HIPPA violation. She kept accusing me of thinking I have the wrong birthday and talked over me (while I was sharing my struggles) about how I apparently wrote my birthday wrong. Finally, she realized she was looking at another patient’s paperwork, whose name and age she also shared with me. HIPAA violation. She repeated questions she had already asked and made me repeat myself numerous times. She did not understand that postpartum women’s cycles do not return at 3 months, even though she is a mother herself and she told me I should have regular cycles by now. At 3 months. She listed off numerous medications and kept changing her mind because of information she already forgot during the appointment and was very unsure of herself. I cannot believe this is the level of healthcare anyone has to receive when they are looking for help with their mental health. It is atrocious and beyond damaging. I will never return to this office."

"My daughter who has a genetic metabolic disorder and has many complications gets seen by Dr. Sheridan and she always always goes above and beyond for my baby girl! Referrals and supplies and prescriptions she is on it right away!!! Nothing but praise for her and her staff!"

"I started taking my children to this facility since 2018 they were assigned to Dr. Zafar, and they value him so they cried when he left. I know this is a teaching facility but he was very adequate Dr he dozes down their meds and analyses it, down to a couple of meds instead of 5. We have been through several Dr since then in this facility not proceeding to tell an untruth promising Drs, but nothing like Dr. Zafar. The nurse is extraordinary she will try to help you if you explain your situation. The receptionist is willing to help and accommodate your schedule. Overall is an exemplary place for my family and me."
