"Front desk terrible! Upon arriving, there is no greeting, no smiles, everyone just looks at you. I asked should I sign in, FD replied, asking for the name and insurance. I gave my children's name and insurance. Once I sat down whikevtgey verified, after 20 minutes, I was called and told that my insurance has a co-pay and the fee would be $260. I explained to her that my insurance has no copay and that I could call the insurance to verify. She stated she already verified and to pay or they couldn't be seen. I left and went to Vital Care and had an amazing experience and my children were well cared for. This office was a disaster and they either need retraining or to be replaced. Will not be returning and will be changing my kids Primary."
"I think I'll be switching my children's clinic. They have all been pretty good, till today. Idk if it's the fact it's a Friday, or Friday the 13th. The nurse was giving me attitude because she said they had called me twice to confirm my son's appointment, if so leave a voice-mail, text message.... meanwhile I was actually in the room with my son & my daughter waiting for the Dr to come in. I checked in online & in person. How do they not see me with both my children? Why give me attitude for yalls mistake? Do your job & when at fault take the accountability. Dont give attitude to the patient/patients family."

"Reya was our nurse today,she always takes extra time to get to know what's going on and has amazing bedside manners. We use this clinic because I am that mom who doesn't let anyone near my babies but here, she is safe, cared for, respected and treated like a young woman not just a child. Highly recommend them, all the staff and drs are absolutely mind blowing. Finally a safe comfortable Dr for us is a huge thing. We adore them, quick easy and efficient with care and love and respect. 10/10"
