"Where I take myself and my kids when we can't get an appmt immediately anywhere else. The staff is so compassionate and they're great w my kids. I've used this location 3 times now with no issues."
"Have never had a bad experience at an urgent care until today, was better off driving 5+ hours to my primary care doctor. Went in for a cough and specifically told the dr I was concerned about the cough and basically needed to make sure I get medication for that sure enough I go into the pharmacy to find 3/4 prescriptions filled go back into the office explained to the receptionist they were out of stock, she hands me a paper prescription and I get started on the journey on finding the prescription from pharmacy to pharmacy, to find out on the 8th stop they stop manufacturing this medication “long time ago” now I call the office on what now has been 10 hours of this and I’m let know the doctor is with “a lot” of patients right now that my issue would most likely be resolved today but I won’t have the medication tonight. Wasted over $100+ to end up with NO PRESCRIPTION for the only reason I stepped foot into this office. What a waste of day and time."
"Staff and Doctor were friendly, but I don’t feel I received a proper IV. I was dehydrated and a IV was given, the rack wasn’t in proper working condition. Tape was placed so it could hold as high as it could. The Iv was inserted in my arm, and 20-30mins went by the nurses were checking in on me but just verbally. The doctor came in and looked at my arm. My bicep was swollen the Iv either missed or went through my vein. The doctor removed the IV and told me to drink Gatorade and Pedialyte, “no water”. And sent me on my way."
"I normally have great experiences here, however, this is the first time I've been to the Southside location in a long while. I went in t his past Saturday (yesterday) with persistent cold symptoms. I tested negative for strep, flu, and covid. The doctor, I think his name was Chris, came in and assessed me with no gloves and no mask. He told me that he thinks I have a virus that needed to run its course. I asked for a shot. He said it wouldn't help me any and to take otc meds, drink plenty fluids and get plenty of rest. Today I felt awful. Around 5pm, I went to Signature Care for a 2nd opinion. They ran a respiratory panel and took a chest x-ray. Turns out, I have rsv, and early onset pneumonia. I was given a shot and prescribed antibiotics. Everyone was so nice...and wore gloves."
"Went for neck and head pain, the nurse was so sweet and seemed really concerned, the dr was honest and said that I really needed to go to signature care cause I needed x rays or CT scan. They even refunded me the co pay since she couldn't help me. For basic needs I would definitely recommend this place."
