"I am shocked these guys have any good reviews. I am expecting delivery of a dining room table that I have been looking forward to for months now and still have not received it. The delivery team has had the table since before thanksgiving, I am now thinking I won’t have the table by Christmas. I could go on and on about everything that’s gone wrong (they lost the legs to the table at one point), but the biggest problem is no one will call be back or answer the phone. I only get to talk to the delivery drive, who can only do so much to help or wait on automated text messages about when they may show up (but then they don’t show up). This whole problem could easily be resolved if someone in charge would answer the phone or return one of the 20 messages I’ve left. I understand things can go wrong with delivery, my biggest frustration is the way I’m being blown off/ignored. Hoping that leaving this review will get someone to call me at least…"

"The boys who moved me (Dalton & Mark) were very time-conscious, professional, and respectful during my move from Lubbock to Denton. They also took very good care of my belongings and made sure things were covered well to stay protected during the drive. I was appreciative of how well they took care of my more important items such as my piano and furniture from my great-grandma. Lastly, they had the best prices around the area for a cross-state move—about $2k less than companies I’ve used before! I will use Gray Glove again and highly recommend their services!"

"Great deliver company. I had a replacement for a very large television delivered to my house. Grey Glove Delivery went above and beyond in accommodating me and assisting me with the dis mount of the old TV and the mounting of the new one. Afterwords they quickly packed up the old TV and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them for delivery or moving services."
