"Not accept any load without getting a TRAILER WASHOUT AND TARP FEES for a flatbed truck or refrigerator and van. Brokers ripped me off by not discussing a trailer washout up front and refused to compensate me when I arrived at the receiver. Now, I have a load of biological fluid and salt all over my trailer I am left to pay for out of my own pocket."
