"Very clean, nice beds and friendly employees. Very bad breakfast. Cold eggs, toast and bagles so hard and stale couldn't eat them. Put everything away while we were eating."

"Restroom need to be cleaned better. There was hair in the shower and restroom floor. They need to stay on top of wiping down furniture. Over all pretty good."

"Terrible hotel. I called in advance to modify my reservation because I would arrive a day later. They say it was ok and supposedly made the change. When I arrived my reservation had been canceled as no show and of course they charged me the first night anyway. The manager was not on site and the receptionist just said I can't do anything. I will never book in this hotel chain again. By the way, I stayed in this hotel the week before and had trouble sleeping because the mattress is like a wood table. Stay away from this place."

"Have stayed here multiple times for work trips & have always been pleased. Rooms could certainly be cleaned a little more thoroughly, but are not as bad as some others. Staff has always been pleasant & accommodating. Full breakfast is provided & usually consists of eggs, sausage, pastries, fruit, etc. Hotel is close to Walmart, HEB and several restaurants. Convenience store & liquor store are next door as well. Hotel does have a small gym that is clean & well maintained, though there is not much weight equipment."

"Can't give this place enough stars. Especially the staff. We were stranded with no rental and no car services available. The front desk worked with us and the housekeeper, Delores gave us a ride to the airport. We were so thankful!! Without her, we would have missed the flight!"
