"I used to enjoy going to the Burleson location when Jerry was the manager there. He was always welcoming and friendly. The store was always clean and well stocked. It's gone downhill since he left. The new manager is rude and unprofessional. I'll just start going to the Joshua location. My last visit was such a great experience! Olga was awesome, and her customer service was impeccable !!"

"Love the main manager , he’s so sassy and always puts me in a good mood (which is why I’m leaving 3 stars) and I’m going to take away two stars for two different assistant managers who decided to take it upon themselves to change the store hours as they see fit which results in them closing 10-15 min earlier than the posted time on their own window. I even got it on recording lol I don’t think he liked that very much."
