We have had many successful purchases through Conn’s but perhaps a little training on customer service would help."

"WARNING!!!!!! do not purchase anything here they are con artist. My husband works very hard for his money and we’re being screwed by these people. Our furniture kept constantly breaking after we bought a brand new set not the floor model. He’s making payments on furniture that is broken. We come in to exchange it for different furniture like they told us to and we can’t afford anything but an even cheaper model everything is made out of fake wood. And then they want to con us into buying an even more expensive set so we spent more money with them. I even sat on three different chairs and they broke and they were floor models. Don’t waste your hard earned money here and these people who work here are no good either the man saw how upset I was, and proceeded to then try to sell us a floor model. Everything is a con. Do not waste your money go to a better store and see if you could get financed there Like go to home zone. Their furniture is a good quality and there are respectable people who work there living spaces also has good furniture anywhere but here my friend please don’t buy here you will be wasting your money and wish you had listened to this review learn from my family’s mistake. Do not buy furniture here and do not trust these people who sell it because they laugh at your face. Stay woke and bless don’t buy from here. Every other review you see on here that’s good I promise you either had a discount deal because they did that or they felt sympathetic to the person which is another con"

"Brad was very patient as I had to test out every couch in the place. He didn’t hover over us, really no one did. They gave us time to make a decision and answered any questions we had. Brad went into detail explaining insurance coverage and details about it as well as our delivery. This is the second time we have used Conns and will continue in the future as well."
