"The worst motel . No ice machines, only give two towels and one wash cloth for a double room. The manager said he needed 30 minutes to get dressed to let me in the door cause I work over night and they close office at 10pm. The employees are rude. Worst service I ever have gotten from a motel. Don't waste your money. They have no dishes in the room. No ice for drinks. This is horrible."

"The employees are loud and rude, the manager/owner is extremely rude. If you work night shift they have no one at night to pay or do they do automatic charge they call you until you wake up or bang in your door. Keys constantly don't work, you have to wait 30 minute for them to assist. On top of it they're rude and hang up because you woke them up not to mention plus there's a fee!!!! Smells like weed all day long. People chill outside with loud music. The owner has an excuse for every negative review."

"Well as a simple guy who just needed a room for a few nights and found this Hotel! I was at this hotel 12th,13th,14th of Dec 2023! When we checked in the receptionist was kinda of rude to us,his name was Barrington short for Barry! I understand that phones ring,customers walk in and there is those who are complaining I understand that,but if you can't handle it well then there's no need for u to work this kind of employment. How are u gonna tell a customer to wait cause he was on the phone with the spouse of his,told us to sit down and wait til he got done with call,really. After he attended us we walked to room to see it window blind was broke,no remote to TV, no towels,dirty trash can,so went back down and told him about it,his response was and I quote "oh well it is what it is ill get it done when I have a chance" well we left room for the rest of day to the hospital to wait for the arrival of my first granddaughter. We came back of course late 11pm office was closed already so walked in room guess what it was still the same way we found it. Sad thing is if we called at night to get this fixed my credit card was gonna get charge again so no I didn't report it waited til morning, I called and some sweet lady receptionist answered and immediately came to fix the problem right away,I think she deserves a rasie in pay. Can't remember her name she was hispanic lady!! So next trip to visit my granddaughter and her parents, I won't be renting at this place anymore that's for sure. It was the worst stay for me at this place. Another thing this place has no breakfast in the morning I look for that at every hotel I stay at."

"Last year, stayed here for some months with a relative and forgot to leave a review. While I don't know how much has changed, it was a decent hotel with a locking system that made me feel somewhat secure, plus exercise machines. Too bad there was horribly high pitched noises from the elevator(?) or washing machines(?), (I have abnormally sensitive ears) weed smell and bleach smell coming through vents, gunk in the shower drain that I had to remove, and a few other complaints. But all in all, was exactly what we needed at the time, (RIGHT next to storage!) and may have gotten better in my absence. ✨"

"There are people in this place long term and have no consideration for others. The person in the room above mine stomps around non stop as if they weigh 700 pounds. Keeps moving furniture throws things on the hard wood floor. Also there were utility workers congregating by my 1st floor window talking and laughing loudly two nights in a row. Very basic services here. No soap or shampoo in the room. Blinds broken in my room. I wouldn’t recommend for a short vacation hotel."
