"You have to pay extra for everything here! You're not made aware of this fact when booking. They accept pets for $25/pet per night. Ridiculous! Want clean sheets, towels, pots, pans, utensils or TP? Be prepared to pay extra. It's not included! This business model is a joke. The only reason I didn't give them one star is because the room was clean and not ragged out."

"Would 10/10 not recommend to anyone. Shower didn't drain. Literally just a sheet on the bed, not blankets. Three lumpy hard pillows. And the elevator scared me so bad I grabbed onto my husband. The place is supposed to be non smoking and the stench on cigarettes was appaling. And the parking lot was super dark and ssketchy. Dont waste your money on this place. YUCK."

"Roaches. No carpet, not comfortable or homey like others. No full sized refrigerator. There is mold in the shower on the shower head. And cigarette burns all over the loose toilet seat. Seems that Motel 6 off of Rundberg is better than this place. Avoid this place!"

"First of all this place was hard to find, the gps had me going all over Austin, so I was mad about that when I got there at 5pm. I had been driving to Austin already for hours and then driving around for about 2 more looking for this place, then when I get there they informed me my reservation was canceled, no email, no call. Had to find out at the front desk. The girl working the front desk seemed to struggle with basic math, and was quite honestly very unhelpful. Would not recommend doing business with this location."

"I had gotten a reservation for a two bed room, and made my way there from El Paso, Texas eight hours away. At no time was I told that I needed to arrive before any check in time, so when I arrived there with my room mate, they had a buzzer to ring for checking in after hours, a lady came in and then proceeded to inform me that my room reservation had been canceled! So 10 pm on a Friday evening and I'm left with no place to stay! This is outrageous considering at no point did they tell me I had to check in by a certain time. I then asked if I would be able to just get a room now, and she hinted that rooms were available, but when I told her we were staying for two nights, she then told me they don't allow people to reserve rooms for that short a period?! Well then why take my reservation at all in the first place? It felt like an arbitrary rule she made up on the spot. I don't recommend anyone stay at an extended stay, they're likely to leaving you hanging when you're tired and ready to collapse on a bed you had reserved days ahead."
