"Awesome location and great service. The rooms were really nice with a great layout for the king rooms. Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable at all. It was probably the hardest bed I've slept on at a Hilton."
"Walking distance to the outlet mall and adjacent stores. Lots of restaurant options within a 5 mile radius. Staff gave me an upgraded room when requested. There are 2 bars in the premises and one of them hosted a Super Bowl party. Even with the distance, this is my go to hotel when visiting Ft Cavazos. Highly recommended."
"Definitely the best stay in the area. Clean, bright, friendly staff. I was scared of noise but I stayed on the 6th floor and never heard anything. No noise in the hallway, none from adjacent rooms. I shared my concerns with Harley at the front desk and he assured me I would have peace. He was right. The breakfast is excellent. This was a Monday-Thursday stay for business so rest was very important. The hotel bar is busy during the evening reception but the staff was pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely stay here in the future."
"Stayed here for seven days while visiting family in Georgetown. My wife and I have traveled a fair amount, and I can say when taken as a whole, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The location is great, Stephanie at the front desk is just amazing! Breakfast is superb, and they give you a voucher for a couple free drinks at the bar during happy hour. Our room was so comfortable, and the attached Bar Louie has a great selection of food & drinks."
"Love ES! One of the nicer hotels in the area with convenient access to the highway and shops. Every time I stay here, the staff are always in good spirits and willing to assist in any way they can. Their breakfast is always delicious. The Happy Hour is a good way to unwind at the end of a long day. The rooms are clean, and the lobby area is too. The restaurant on the first floor gets packed on holidays and weekends"
