"I travel a lot. I’ve never met a hotel manager as inflexible as Tina about changing reservations. Beware, if you make a reservation, and need to change it within 24 hrs she’d rather take your money than find another night that would work. She has that kind of voice too that is condescending, like she is your teacher and you are the second grader."

"My daughter went with a friend and her friend’s parents on a weekend trip. They stayed at this location, and my daughter realized she had left her stuffed animal at the hotel a day after returning home. I called the hotel. Melissa answered and quickly got to work looking for it. Within minutes she had located it and shipped it home to us! By far the best customer service around!"

"Shopping & restaurants are conveniently near, yet the hotel is not in the midst of the larger congested University Ave shopping center. Staff were excellent & very accommodating. The amenities are great for work or family ventures."

"Love it when a place is relatively new. Love the location too with many restaurants, an HEB with True Texas BBQ (also recently opened), and the San Gabriel River nearby. The room was clean and had a new-room smell. Was that a fragrance? The new look and feel of everything was great. However, I'd rather have the bed and living areas swapped. I like the wider shower design and the soft-close toilet lid. However! There was no vent fan. The fitness center has a great view when you're on those aerobic machines. The weights area is cramped. The dance floor is shiny. The breakfast is the usual Fairfield fair, but there was Nutella. Had to take some home. The staff were great. All were friendly and seemed happy to be working there. Is it Georgetown?"
