"Called to reserve a room with a jacuzzi/hot tub (in room) like they advertise online, and the lady who answered the phone barely understood English and said "no we don't have" and hung up on me! So I called back an immediately requested to speak to someone who understood English, the lady says "yes I just can't hear you or something", so I asked why do they picture rooms with jacuzzi's/hot tubs if they don't have them? She says "I'm sorry I don't know!" Wth...horrible customer service and false advertising!"
