"This Place The Lowest Of The Low!!!! Mgr full of it...asked them about availability. They said they had room ,I said I was on my way.....Get there they tell me room not ready till 3:00 pm .....I told dumby why you didn't tell me that ...they say you must of talked to some one else."

"Me and my little family stayed here a year I had bumps and incidents happen but the guy at the window Dennis is not good at communication , got very personal with me , the business kept up because I was there so long. So long that housekeeping stop cleaning my room because they would only come to the door when I went to work and my husband and child was there.. I didnt like that! The big guy Santana and his boss didnt communicate.. one said I could stay for 3 days without paying but then his friend was at my door at 7-9p asking me for money, to the point where it was 11p and he came to my door opened it while we were in bed sleep to ask me for money. Honestly the business would be better with different staff in charge as much money we paid the sheets were stained towels had black stuff on it air conditioner leaked water for 3 months an ice bucket was put down to catch running water .. no matter where you live Houston the longer you stay and pay they dont care about the upkeep and this a motel not apts.. mind you I was paying 1650 a month outta pocket on hair money to stay here , smh"

"Great price and a quiet little place. Wish they had coffee makers but we can't have everything we want. I will be returning to stay here."

"The two I was there with turned against me one started throwing my stuff out and they were being stupid. One started pulling my hair I got out called the law they sent the ambulace the police came out the men lied to them.The young girl working told me she could and wouldnot do a thing about it."

"If you dont want to sleep this is the spot. Always alot of noise and sheets are dirty with hairs. At 2 in the morning a dump truck came and was so loud like really? Why would you come pick up trash at 2 in the morning when people are trying to sleep. Was not worth it and waste of my money"
