"If I can give this place a-0 I would the room looks like it was clean by a 8 year old they had old soap in the corner of the tub the floor was dirty you can see footprints on it the bed was so hard I thought I was sleeping outside on the concrete conditions were so bad we just decided to leave never again if it’s the last hotel on earth I will sleep in my car"

"This Palace inn is dirty and smells funny and has roaches. Yes roaches that are not afraid of people and crawl around even when the lights are on."

"It's your standard Palace Inn. Room was surface clean. Curtains are shaved thin in certain areas so the staff can peek in. Bathroom cleanliness was about a B-. I always feel like there are people watching when I go to one."

"The motel was clean. I have no complaints about that. However Palace Inn has gone downhill in my opinion. They dont have any amenities really. No shampoo provided. U barely get soap. Theres no coffee pot. Its your basic room. It seems they're more apt to catering to the hourly visitor rather than the visitor interested in staying a couple days. Also they say no pets, which makes it even less desirable, but there was a dog right upstairs from the room I stayed 1 night in. Strange..."

"This is the worst place I've ever stayed up. I'm handicapped and have a handicap parking sticker and requested a first-floor room and was denied. Then I was harassed over and over about how many people were in my room by three different people. And it was a filthy hotel with roaches crawling all over your stuff. I will never stay there again and I hope nobody goes there. Thinking about filing a lawsuit."
