"I truly enjoyed the service from the staff. From the CSR’s behind the counter to the night guy doing his rounds. I was treated with respect and they were kind to explain how things were done there. I will definitely use this place again when I’m in need and will tell others about my experience here."
"Rooms were filled with the cheapest furniture. Everything had razor-sharp mitered corners. My arms were covered with scars by the time I left. The toilet wasn't anchored properly, it was like sitting on a teeter-totter. The shower curtain rod was installed too high, which made the shower curtain too short. Instead of water running into the shower it drained to the bathroom floor. The chunk of foam that was the mattress was horrible and wouldn't stay on the frame. I've stayed in worse places but not many. I'll never stay in another InTown Suites."
"I would have given it less than one star if it wasn't for the maintenance guy who answered the phone during a late chicken. I called ahead to let them know that we were going to be around 10:00 p.m. getting in and was told by a guy that it wouldn't be a problem. Only to get there at 10 pm and not be able to check on because no one is there after 8pm to check anyone in. Oh and thankful for using Expedia for this trip otherwise I wouldn't have gotten any money back. Suggestion wous be to go down the street to the Sonata Hotel. Way better rooms with kitchens too."
"My home got destroyed in a fire. So I choosed to stay here for three weeks. I slept on the same for the first day to the last before I left to another place. My room was never mopped or showere cleaned and there roaches in the room. Only a set of towels for three weeks I washed them myself. I told the front desk manager and she said the house keeper couldn’t stay in the room because of my service dog ( his dog hair) I wouldn’t recommend this place it dirty and unsanitary I would like my money back"
"They ran my credit card each week but failed to provide a key. They would only provide a key for one night at a time, even though they took my money for 7 days. I had to meet the maintenance each night to request access to the room I had already funded. Each night is a 10 minute wait and once asked to wait 2 hours so he could clock in. Regardless, this is not something maintenance should have to do each night. The manager refused to provide a key because I could not be there between 11 am and 7pm to pick it up since my personal schedule and office hours are 9 am to 9pm. When I approached management about why is she making it so difficult for me to have access my room, her reply was, "Why can't you get here like everyone else?" Besides the fact of conflicting schedules, I travel between two locations; Houston and Dallas. I paid for a room when I was not even there half of the time. I kept it clean, probably the cleanest of all tenants, and my money was consistent each week. Complaining to upper management is out of the question. Nobody cares. They say only way to talk to anyone is to fill out a feedback form. No one cares to read it. No one cares to respond. They clearly do not care about consistent revenue, either. I am not sure what kind of traveler they want to stay there. When I first started booking the room before renting it, it was a roach battle from hell. From all my experience, management doesn't care about money or guest service or cleanliness until you complain loud enough, but the meth head manager wanted to make it difficult on me and didn't care. She said maintenance could let me in every night then, that is what their job is... and it was not one or two times.. this was weekly. Waiting on someone so I can access my restroom, shower, comfort, etc. This was a very stupid reason for them to leave consistent revenue!"
