"Very nice service. Rooms are nice and clean. I'm not a big fan of hotels that only have valet parking, but it's downtown, so it's to be expected. Every employee I spoke to while there for a week was very friendly. Hotel is in walking distance of several restaurants and cafés."

"The people that work here love their job because every single person I encountered was positive and happy. I felt like royalty at this hotel, and enjoyed the design of the room. Breakfast was delicious. Overall my expectations were exceeded! I stayed here for two nights, and left feeling empowered and joyful. I will stay at this Hyatt hotel, and any other Hyatt hotel from now on."

"Great location, outstanding rooms! I had a problem with my check in and Don was able to resolve the issue right away. He was very professional and reassuring of the seamless process of getting everything squared away quickly. Valet service was professional during my stay as well. Overall a great experience!"

"It was a nice hotel. It’s a renovated historic building from the 50’s I believe which makes it charming. The hotel gym was nice and the staff was nice. They don’t provide any free bottles of water but I believe that’s standard with a 3 star Hyatt. The breakfast could have been a little better staffed as it was constantly running out of everything and wasn’t the most cleanly. It was a nice stay but I usually expect a little more out of my Hyatt stays."

"Excellent location of the hotel, convenient to get to any desired place! Clean hotel room and pleasant service. The only thing is that around 12at my neighbors were listening to the TV very loudly. At my request of the staff to do something about it (I called the reception about 3 times), no one did anything. Overall, good impressions. Thank you."
