"First of all, we only got the hourly room. Then they charged $50. That's overpriced but it was my birthday so I purchased the room for four hours. The room was smelly, roaches, and a broken table. It was loud people screaming and talking by the window. No exchange or refund! This is a pitiful business."
"I recently had a terrifying experience at a hotel that left me absolutely appalled by its lack of quality and, above all, hygiene. The door was unable to be properly locked, and to my horror, there were blood stains on the wall. The bed covers had holes in them, and the walls were crumbling, with the door frames even coming loose from the walls. The leather on the furniture was extremely worn out, and there were screw holes everywhere. I am deeply disappointed and find it outrageous to offer such poor conditions at an exorbitant price. This level of quality is only worth $20 per night, nothing more. Review: I had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel that left me utterly horrified. From the very beginning, it was clear that this establishment lacked both quality and basic hygiene standards. The first sign of trouble was the faulty door that could not be properly secured, creating a sense of unease throughout my stay. Upon entering the room, I was confronted with a sight that chilled me to the bone. Blood stains smeared across the walls, as if they were the remnants of a horror movie scene. It was both revolting and unsettling. Furthermore, the bed covers were riddled with holes, a clear indication of the hotel's disregard for basic maintenance. As I ventured further into the room, it became apparent that the lack of care extended beyond just the walls and bed. The deterioration was evident in the crumbling plaster, with chunks of the wall falling off at the slightest touch. Even the door frames seemed to have detached from the walls, hinting at structural issues that posed a potential safety hazard. To add insult to injury, the furniture was in a deplorable condition. The worn-out leather on the chairs and couches was a far cry from the comfortable seating one would expect in a reputable establishment. Additionally, the presence of numerous screw holes scattered around the room only served to highlight the lack of attention to detail. What truly shocked me, however, was the exorbitant price charged for such abysmal conditions. This hotel had the audacity to demand a premium without delivering even the most basic of standards. Frankly, it felt like a scam. In my opinion, this level of quality is worth no more than $20 per night, an amount more in line with the dilapidated state of the hotel. I was truly disappointed by the complete disregard for cleanliness, maintenance, and overall customer satisfaction. If you value hygiene, comfort, and a reasonable price, I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment."
"I got a room for one night the lady told me it was only gone be 100 dollars plus tax so I was like ok so after they scanned my card I went to my room opened my bank up they took 200$ for one night and they still haven’t gave me my money back I will not be coming back to this hotel ever again and at night when I was trying to sleep it was other people playing loud music and being loud outside"
"We rented a room for the entire night. After 2 hours with the air set at 64 I went to the office and asked for a different room because the room was still got expecially back in the restroom. The clerk asked if he could come check the room I agreed. He walked down in the Houston still almost 90 degrees at 12 midnight and told me no the room was cool. Yeah it's cooler when you first walk in but it's too hot for it to have been on for 2 hours. The air wasn't even blowing hard. He told me no it was fine and that we couldn't change rooms. He had also refused me towels when I offered to exchange total for towel. So now we are stuck in a stuffy room so night that's too hot to sleep with any covering and wet towels because we chose to stay a while night instead of a few hours. This is the worst experience I've had at a hotel ever and I'm very upset that I paid for a full night..."
"The room had an odour like old. The phone in my room did not work. Cold room on arrival. But every thing else worked. Even had television. The room itself was clean. Sheets were clean. Hot running water and heat."
