"Clean, except the floor (they didn't mop it, because it was sticky). Affordable and it's located close to the stores. They need to improve customer service at the front desk. Housekeeper was very nice."

"They don't have couches or loveseats in the rooms which to some people do add a bit of comfort and warmth to the room. The soap is cheap and smells cheap.. Otherwise the rooms sliding barn doors and up-curved headboard walls add interest and style to the rooms."

"The family is great, love the experience they give with their hotel. On 11/11/2022 we purchased two rooms, early as their policy requests, and had left to enjoy veterans day with friends. When we came back approximately 5 hours later. Withing the first 5 minutes of being in one of the rooms we noticed 4 roaches, as we begin to pack up our things my girl goes to talk to the receptionist and ask for another room, due to what we had found. Her experience with the receptionist was beyond poor. The receptionist was rude, disrespectful, and fraudulent in everything she was saying to my girl. I hope this is not how the family views customer service, and demands payments to sleep in a hotel room that the health inspector would fail for sanitary conditions."

"The management does not have good people skills. They make you feel like they think they are better than you because they own a business in your country. They also REFUSED to allow me to stay there with my service dog or to even bring him inside when I went to visit a friends room."
