"I would love to give a shout out to Andrea Helmandollar who was the manager that took care of me when I blocked out rooms for my daughter's wedding. She was 100% responsive and kind as she handled all the details of that event, AND she located an easel for the lobby sign I delivered to them which welcomed guests and directed them to the sign up sheet at the front desk for venue transportation. Thank you Andrea and all of the desk staff at this hotel who assisted me in this wonderful celebration."

"We were given a room next to the elevator which started making a horrible noise at 3:00 am. When we asked for a different room we received a lot of push back but finally did get moved. We asked for a manager to call us directly but never received the call. Over all the rooms were very small and not exceptionally clean like other Hamtons. Not the nicest Hampton. I wouldn't stay there again."

"Booked room months in advance for a friend’s wedding in the area. The day of, i checked in via the app, hours prior to arrival. Once at the hotel, the room I was assigned and key that I possessed, was occupied by another customer. I know this because I walked in the room to see someone else and their things in the room!! I felt unsafe in that moment and went to the front desk to get clarity. The front desk attendant said the room was “given” away and they were booked for the night. Her attitude about their mess up was not pleasant and she made it clear that she was not going to do anything. Due to how late it was and the inconvenience, I asked for credit to get a room at a nearby hotel or a refund for my entire stay(2 nights). She simply said come back tomorrow to talk to a manager. The lack of compassion and customer service was shocking to me. I was able to get a room at a hotel nearby (which was much nicer) and called back the next morning for a manager. I was informed that the manager was unreachable for the entire weekend! Needly to say, I was not pleased with how the hotel handled the situation and the lack of training the front desk attendant possessed. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"I can't believe I have to write this review. For starters the beds are weird about 1/2 a night of sleep. The couches are more comfortable, honestly. I'm a nurse and have been out on the road all day doing clinical work and came back to my room to find my personal laptop drenched with water leaking from the roof. Room 401. Pass on that one, everyone."

"The only reason for the 3 stars on service is for one of the front desk workers was very rude to my son while trying to purchase some snacks from the little front desk store she was very rude to him and told him that they did not accept debit cards for purchase of snacks (which I knew was a lie since I had purchased a couple cans of soda and 2 bags of chips earlier in the day) it either had to be cash or charged to the room my ex wife's made a comment about it and the front desk manager said she would be delt with since our was not the only complaint on her that particular weekend at check out the manager said she no longer was employed at this location. That is not the outcome I was expecting for such a little incident ( I dont want to see anyone lose their job) but apparently she had multiple complaints from numerous guests"
