"About to complete my second year here. Overall good experience. Maintenance has been quick to respond, no issues there. Valet trash shows up about 90% of the time. Biggest complaint is that there are a lot of younger tenants who are disrespectful and play loud music at all hours, day and night. I work from home and noticed this. I've called the courtesy cop line before and there was no response at 11pm. I called the office once and they got the neighbors to lower their music entirely, but it continues regardless. Never dreaded apartments until now. Last time living in one."

"I moved here about a year ago and have had a 6 month lease initially, loved it so much here that I extended it by getting a one year lease. I feel safe here at all hours (I live alone), the gym is my go to place here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is a little pricey but definitely worth it!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! We lived here from September of 2018-September of 2023. Leasing Staff and maintenance was beautiful until Greystar took over in 2022, after they took over along came in all the problems with keeping the elevators working, rent went up, lack of fixing maintenance request, cleaning the elevators and hallways, trash pickup not on time nightly. As of thanksgiving of 2022 several vehicles tire’s started being stolen not just once but three different times up until Labor of 2023. Thieves are so bold to steal and get away when Montgomery constable lives on property but he doesn’t patrol the area. I have pictures to prove it and Greystar haven’t did anything to protect tenants vehicles. I’m telling the truth no reason to bash them, I loved it until Greystar took over. Most tenants that’s been here are moving out."

"I have had the pleasure of living at this property for over 4 years. Nothing is perfect but what I can say is any issues or concerns I had were always addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. Dealing with with Melissa as a returning tenant has been so easy and effortless. I’m so happy that we’ve have the opportunity to cross paths again with me moving back. Her professionalism and making sure the line of communication stays open so I can get the exact floor plan that I desire has been her priority and I want to personally thank her. This is a place that I called home once before and excited that I get to do it all over again."

Made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. Explained everything to me. I was amazed with her patience and customer service. I knew this was the place for me. I’ve been here for about 6 months now and I love it. Communicating is key for me. They are always friendly and down to earth. Very proactive with keeping our community updated with any changes going on. The best !"
