"I lived at the towers last year. It was the worst experience ever. There’s dog pee and feces everywhere you can’t even walk around the place. The gym is always dirty or machines not working. “They are not a luxury apartment” the amenities are old not updated. When I left the apartment I hired a cleaning and moving services and left the place perfectly clean. They still charged me for the cleaning fee and send me to collections for $7. I have no problem playing that but they definitely lack integrity because I was told they were going to refund me the cleaning fee Instead they send me to collections which 7$ it’s nothing but it’s the principle. I called twice and they refuse ro acknowledged the facts. once your locked in in that contract your screwed. They are dishonest. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Packages always go missing, the gate is always open, people break into your car. parking situation is terrible unless you pay for parking."

"I moved in to The Towers last month, after having to down size. I hadn't searched for an apartment in over 10 years, and when I spoke to Savannah, who was very compassionate and empathetic. Her knowledge and attention to detail allowed my decision making to be stress free, knowing I had found my new home. "My boyfriend and I moved here beginning of October and it is our first apartment together. Savannah helped us with this process and made it so pleasant! We love her! The apartment is beautiful and we love the monthly events they have for residents as well as the amenities. It’s very unique and you can tell they really care about you here. "During my apartment search, I immediately fell in love with the property online and requested a live tour. Within minutes of my submission, Hallie called me to confirm my requested appointment time. Upon arrival, Hallie greeted me and our tour began. The grounds were beautiful, expansive, and well maintained. As a pet owner, it was really lovely to see that the property is very pet friendly and even holds dog events! The apartment units have very open floor plans and lovely fixtures. The floor plan that I wanted to lease was unavailable at the moment, and Hallie assured me that she will be in touch with me as soon as one becomes available. I received a text from Hallie a few weeks later that our desired floor plan became available and that she'd send over the paperwork if we were still interested. We quickly sent in the application and secured our new home! Hallie was kind and very responsive to all of our questions. From scheduling the tour to getting our keys on move in day, Hallie was a joy to work with. Excellent customer service and a stunning place to live!"
