Motel 6 Conroe, TX

"Let me start off by saying this motel is GHETTO GHETTO GHETTO! The guy at check in is cool! However once night fall; that’s when that place become sketchy. Loud and obnoxious people standing in front of their room; hanging out like they are on the block. Nosey people, loud base coming from cars, lot lizards arguing, drug dealers and drug abusers seem to be the norm at this motel. The beds are so worn out, my mattress felt deflated. The sheet won’t stay on as if it’s too small to fit on the mattress. I can only imagine what done happened on those mattresses. There really aren’t any stores nearby. You have to travel to the Loop 336 area to find places to eat. I will give them this, the room had a microwave and refrigerator. It also has truck parking and they are pet friendly. The cons definitely out weigh the pros with this one and I don’t normally leave bad reviews. There is way too much going on here and I’ve stayed at motels all across the country from New Jersey to Denver."

"It was clean and quiet during the day. When they asked us if we wanted one bed or two beds, I should've asked if the one bed was a queen instead of a double. My other half was like the bed was on the hard side, but we were able to sleep alright. The pillow was kind of on the hard side as well, but I kind of got it to fold, and then I was comfy. But I did not like being woken up by some chick screams and then laughing right after at around almost midnight. it was close to our window. They need to fix the hook thing on the door, though that was the only minus that I didn't like about the room"

"Mold in 2 different rooms we were in. Door was broken. Asked several times for it to be fixed and got yelled at by the "manager " Manny that the door wasn't broken. Occupants standing outside smoking meth pipes like cigarettes. Woman stabbed her boyfriend. Cops were called out 8 times in the 4 week's I stayed there. I've already called the state board for health and safety and hopefully soon they'll get this place cleaned up. I would NEVER suggest staying there."

"The best thing about this place is easy access to I-45 and Conroe's local amenities. The property needs attention both inside and out. The back driveway of the parking lot holds too much rain water. And the ENTIRE outside.... walls, stairs and pathways... needs a serious pressure washing with bleach. It's filthy! This is clearly a place people are using as a residence and the hotel isn't kept up. The towels are crispy, dingy and rough. The shower is entirely too small. Bedding looks like it needs to be thrown out. I fortunately was just visiting someone passing through the area, but night their own sheets, towels and cleaning supplies. No microwave or fridge were in the room. The TV is possibly 32" but small. I don't mind basic, but this was almost a step above camping. And the room key needed to be reactivated once it twice a day. Huge gap in the door frame. Curtains and bedding had cigarette burns. Filthy property and they need to do better.... not even for the price is this somewhere I'd stay."
